What is a Sacco? And What is A SACCO Management System?

SACCO is an acronym for Savings and Credit Cooperative Organizations. SACCOs are owned, governed and managed by their members who have the same common bond. The members may be working for the same employer, belonging to the same church, labor union, social fraternity or living/working in the same community.

Sacco Management System is an application used in Savings and Credit Cooperative Societies (SACCO) for maintaining the members register, monitoring and keeping records of members’ savings, loans, withdrawals and deposits.

A SACCO management system should be capable of performing and accounting for all transactions and proving the minimum reports required by SACCOs which at the minimum should be able to provide an audit trail report, adequate security features, integration of operations, capacity for future expansion real time and relational data base management system.

Sacco Management system maintains a database of members. Information that is stored in a Sacco managements system include: member full names, identification number, employment details, gender, next of kin, loans given, shares held and much more.

Sacco management System in Uganda helps hundreds of Sacco and micro-finance enterprises, Sacco’s, banks, loan companies, credit financiers in Uganda.  Many Sacco in Uganda are using our sacco management System  as they buy bulk SMS for Sacco and Loan companies or they pay as they use the Sacco system.
